By creating an account or using CaribGlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
CaribGlow is a marketplace that connects service providers across beauty, events, and home services with clients, and lets sellers offer products. We facilitate discovery, booking, quoting, messaging, and payment; we are not a party to the agreement between a client and a provider.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
4. Bookings, Quotes & Payments
Providers set their own prices, services, and availability. Deposits and payments are processed through our payment partners. Cancellation and refund terms may vary by provider and by the platform settings shown at booking time.
5. Provider Responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the services they offer, their licensing where required, the accuracy of their listings, and their conduct with clients.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, post unlawful or harmful content, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent platform fees or security.
7. Fees
CaribGlow may charge platform fees, subscription fees, or marketplace commissions. Applicable fees are disclosed in the app.
8. Limitation of Liability
CaribGlow is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of providers or clients, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
