We use your information to provide the service, process bookings and quotes, enable messaging, send notifications, and improve the user experience. Some notifications are optional and can be turned off in your settings.
3. Information Sharing
We share relevant information between clients and providers to facilitate bookings (for example, your name and contact details are shared with a provider you book). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Location Data
With your permission we use device location to show nearby providers and enable location-based search. You can control or revoke location access at any time through your device settings.
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from glowcarib.com/web/delete-account, in the app under Profile, or by emailing us. Transaction records tied to completed bookings or orders may be retained in anonymized form for legal and fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. Manage your account in the app or on the web, or contact us for assistance.
8. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for image hosting, email, push notifications, maps, and payment processing. These providers process data only to deliver their function to CaribGlow and are governed by their own privacy policies.
9. Children's Privacy
CaribGlow is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
