How points are earned

Earn 1 point for each full J$100 of a completed CaribGlow booking or product order recorded in Jamaican dollars. Points are rounded down for each transaction: J$2,550 earns 25 points. US dollar transactions do not earn these points. Providers earn points when buying services or products as clients, not from their sales.

What are points worth?

The configured redemption value is 100 points = J$500, with a minimum of 100 points. For example, 250 points would equal J$1,250 and 500 points would equal J$2,500. These are conversion examples, not discounts you can currently spend.

Online discount redemption is currently unavailable. Points cannot currently reduce a booking or order total. There is no automatic tier discount at checkout. Your recorded balance remains visible; viewing it does not spend points.

Your tier and your balance

Your balance is the points recorded on your account. Your tier uses lifetime points earned, rather than your remaining balance. All tiers currently earn at the same rate.

• Bronze: 0–99 lifetime points
• Silver: 100–499 lifetime points
• Gold: 500–1,999 lifetime points
• Platinum: 2,000+ lifetime points

Birthday rewards, earning boosts, priority support and exclusive booking perks are not currently included.

What can I do now?

Check your points history after a booking or order is completed. If points appear missing or were previously deducted without a discount, contact support with the booking or order reference and date. Support can investigate; contacting support does not automatically create a discount code or apply a discount.
